West Indies beat Zimbabwe by 41 runs and win the Series 2-0


2012 ICC Twenty20 world Cup title winners West Indies taste a 2nd easy victory over Zimbabwe with a 41 run win in Antigua on Sunday.

Lendl Simmons keep his fine form with 41 runs and Kieron Pollard scored an unbeaten 45 runs from 39 balls as West Indies made 158 for 7 in  20 overs.

Zimbabwe got a poor start in reply with West Indies leg spinner Samuel Badree taking three wickets to have the Zimbabwe struggling at 33 for 3 in the 8th over.

The run chase never looked on from that point, Hamilton Masakadza scored an unbeaten 53 runs runs with small contribute at the other end.

West Indies won the two match series 2-0. Simmons slashed six sixes in an unbeaten 63 knock on Saturday to guide his side to a easy eight wicket victory. A two match test series between the both sides starts in Barbados on March 12.
