Adelaide Strikers beat Hobart Hurricanes by 38 runs

A brilliant of a catch from Adelaide Strikers' Kane Richardson leads  his team  to a convincing 38 runs  victory  over Hobart Hurricanes at Blundstone Arena.

163 runs  to win, the Hobart Hurricanes fell apart once key men Ricky Ponting (26 off 25) and Tim Paine (33 off 31) departed, concluding at 8 for 124 runs on Saturday.

Richardson's stunning effort gave young legspinner Cameron Boyce 3 for 17  his 3rd  wicket after he'd already dismissed  key players  Ponting and Paine. The win keeps the Adelaide Strikers in the hunt for the finals, while Hobart blew a chance to go second on the ladder and all but wrap up a semi final.

Earlier, Adelaide Strikers opener Michael Klinger had guide  his side's 4 for 162 with an unbeaten 71 runs from 61 balls including  eight fours. Michael Klinger put on a partnership of 59 runs  with Callum Ferguson (32 off  23) and 70 runs  with Nathan Reardon (29 off  23).
