West Indies finished a crushing win against Zimbabwe by 156 runs in the first ODI on Friday at Grenda. After posting brilliant 337 for 4. West Indies reduced Zimbabwe to 181 for 9 in 50 overs.
West Indies were riding a hundreds from Darren Bravo (100) and Johanson Charles (130). Kieran Powell (79) and Charles put on 168 runs for the first wicket in 172 deliveries.
In the chasing Zimbabwe were struggled 34 for 4 at one stage. Craig Ervine and Malcolm Waller added fighting 58 runs partnership. Malcom Waller top scorer for Zimbabwe side with 51 runs. Sunil Narine claimed three wickets Finally Zimbabwe ended at 181 for 9 in 50 overs.
