England rip through Aussies
Adelaide: Opener Simon Katich and captain Ricky Ponting were dismissed without scoring in the first three balls of the match as Australia got off to a disastrous start before struggling to 94-3 at lunch in the second Ashes Test against England on Friday.
After winning the toss and opting to bat, Australia found itself at 0-2 with the loss of Katich and Ponting, before losing Michael Clarke (2) two overs later to languish at 3-2.
